I'm not celebrating shyt. I want everyday of that measly sentence to be torture. I
So y'all saying the white cop ain't gon do the whole 22.5 and he's only gonna do 12-15 years max.

But when I say the black cop ain't gon do the whole 12 years and he's only gonna do 2-4 years max for killing the white woman all of a sudden you don't think so?

Either chauvin is gonna do the full 22.5 years not get out early and the black cop is gonna do the whole 12 years and not get out early.

Or both of them are gonna get out early.

Sound like you mad the black cop got l12 years which is less time for killing a white woman than chauvin getting 22.5 years killing a black man.

Also sounds like you mad Floyds family got $30 million while the white woman's family got $0.

The black cop got a sweet deal and a light sentence with 12 years for killing a white woman. Especially compared to chauvin getting 22.5 years for killing a black man. Especially considering this is a racist country that protect white cops and white women the most.
Justine Damond's killing was international
news. Australian government got involved.

To let Noor out next year (sentenced 2018) would cause tension. Especially seeing that the trial of the other b*stards in Floyd's car get tried next year.
Like I said in the other thread, Chauvin should've got more time..I don't care about the white woman. Never did I mention Floyd's family getting money. The white woman's family got $20m by the way.

Minneapolis to pay $20 million to family of woman murdered by police officer

Go to the official trial thread and see who got it stickied. Look who bumped the thread to remind brehs about the sentencing.

I'm not gonna argue with you because you already formed an opinion about me. You couldn't be more wrong. Use your brain and common sense.

So the black cop got less time than the white cop. And the white woman family got less money than Floyd's family.

So like I said chauvin is gonna do the whole 22.5 years in prison if Noor is gonna do the whole 12 years.

If chauvin is gonna be out in 12-15 years then Noor is gonna be out in 2-4 years.

Chauvin getting 22.5 years is a huge win for black people and a huge L for c00ns and cacs.

If 22.5 years is light for a white male cop killing a black man then 12 years is light light light for a black male cop killing a white woman.

This is a huge win for black people. Leave it at that

I'm usually pragmatic about any cop getting sentenced, but if you ever sad and watched all 9 1/2 minutes of Floyd's murder, you see that it was just a metaphorical murder, it was cold blooded intentional 1st degree murder. And when he leaned over to put his full weight on his neck :scust:

Dude should have got 30-life not 15 on good behavior

Should’ve gotten the death penalty. As an officer, you should be held to a higher level of ethics and face more punishment for breaching them - but this is amerikkka so :francis:

that said, I can’t imagine his decades in prison will be comfortable considering he’s a former officer

SO WHY DID U MAKE THIS A DAP/REP FOR ALL POST CRACKER?

They quietly trying to reduce his sentence now. They just randomly accepted a plea deal for no reason that will ensure he does 15 years behind bars now.

Disgusting. We should be making a a fuss over this.

Do y'all realize that's not his murder sentence? That's the federal hate crime charges, completely different from the murder charges. It adds time to his case, doesn't reduce it, and also makes it harder for Chauvin to be released on pardon. And this was part of his guilty plea way back in December, it just hadn't been formally accepted by the federal judge yet.

Under the original state charges he was sentenced to 23.5 years but could serve as little as 14.5 years with time off for good behavior. And any future governor could have commuted the sentence.

Now with the plea bargain to the federal charges, he's going to be sentenced to 20-25 years, but since you serve 90% of a federal sentence that means 18-22.5 actual years in prison, more than before (we'll see what the judge says when he lays down the sentence). And now a governor's pardon won't do jack shyt for him unless he gets a federal pardon too on top of that.

Hahaha he ain't never gonna see the light of day again :blessed:

It says "concurrently", so he's serving them at the same time. Not back-to-back.

Still great though, this is a federal sentence to he has to serve 90%. It basically means he's guaranteed 19 years in prison instead of just getting out after just 14-15 with good behavior like he could have been under state charges. So he might not get out until he's 65.
