Lets keep it a buck. Most of the social media dudes like White, Vlad, and Whack's goofy ass are heavily affiliated with the fuzz. Its a new form of enforcement, sort of like the infiltration of the panthers, but with dumb ass rappers and street dudes.
For instance, them random interviews of "drill rappers" that are beefing with other drill rappers, and within weeks somehow a sweep team arrest the gang.
Since social media is a drug and heads are addicted to attention, it's a easy layup to place Vlad and em on front street to get these idiots to gloating or potentially crashing out.
In White's case, dude just moving reckless as an undercover until the bag stops showing up and his duties are no longer needed.
