Well first he's clearly talking about in comparison other major cities, NYC/ATL/Miami, dude been rich longer than he hasn't,
Cuz no one with a brain would say San Fran is worse than a random no name drive through town
But Secondly, y'all should NOT be caping for these white towns that gentrified all the POC's out and are flooded with homeless junkies, regardless of how much money they have through tech stuff, YOU as a black person are probably gonna feel like the city is trash outside of whatever check you get from work
I've said it mad times on here but Portland was the same way, the overwhelming amount of cacs mixed with dangerous unhinged junkies make an otherwise pretty city with alot to do, trash for people of color unless you bringing all ya people with you
San Fran has been branded as one of the most pretentiously white cities in America for well over a decade, that's not on accident
