That’s fine and well but it should not be some barometer of quality. Ton of great shows that didnt win anything are still on the airwaves too

It’s Bowl Season. There aren’t many bowls left, but everyone knows at this point that mid-December-mid January is bowl season, and there are several bowls games on every day. NBA won’t be back on ESPN until after the Collge Playoff Semifinal. This is the time of the year where the NBA doesn’t air on ESPN in its normal time slot until after the College Football Championship. For some reason, ESPN doesn’t put Mon it’s playoff games on ABC. If it did, then they might be able to air NBA games on ESPN.

Inside The NBA is still a highly popular sports show. There are some people who watch just that show, and not the basketball games before the show if you can believe it. It’s going to be around as long as they care to still do the show, and it will still be popular. There are only a handful of people online who complain about Inside The NBA, but it’s a loud minority. It still pulverizes any pregame show in any sport by comparison.

I’m not trying to say that I love the show, and agree with everything they say, because I do think that they’re too negative sometimes about teams, but it’s still the most popular pregame sports show around.

Oh man I watched the full rant, this is so funny! Chuck ranting about the Lakers while Celtics/Wolves highlights are playing in the background.

I don't know why some of yall pissed off. Inside the NBA gives you that old school professional wrestling kind of trash talking. People love drama and trash talking.

Plus Chuck been talking trash on NBA teams or specific players ever since he got the job at TNT. But now all of a sudden it's a problem.

I think you need to get the word “responsibility” out your mouths. No one said Barkley & them are responsible for the league being viewed negatively. The issue is that having HOFamers tell your fans that an entire league is bad only furthers the negative culture around your brand.

That is different than analysts saying “a” game is bad. Calling your league bad only cements the negativity fans have. The entire culture around the NBA has been trash for years. The NFL product sucks ass, had more scandals tied it yet those who promote will forever act like its the best thing since sliced bread
So you think no Inside the NBA would be a positive for the league? Even if it means less viewers?

Expect anything less than a SHYT show and pure fukkery weekly with Shaq and Charles brehs :mjlol:

I mean have we not seen them nikkas forever on TV ?

Expect some PBS level material show at your own peril. TNT and them knew exactly who they got and the league has large control over who they got on their broadcasts of their sports.

NBA doesn't have a problem. Why should anyone else?!??

Viewers for who? The NBA needs viewers. I don’t care about viewers for inside the NBA. the NBA games that need viewers but when your ambassadors for the league are constantly tearing down the league itself, they’re not going to bring anyone in

earlier in the season Brady was going down the route of shytting on the current NFL and modern Quarterback play. He has since toned it down and turned more positive. I wonder if they had a talk with him.

He's gonna have to walk on eggshells for the duration because he has stake in the Raiders, so God forbid they ever get good. They'd have to put him on the B squad those weekends.

QB play improved as the season went on :gucci:

NFL analysts have been complaining about the rules making the game soft for years, just as the fans have complained about it. It hasn't hurt the viewership at all.
