Yeah the punt game has been ass all season. We were skating by because we barely had to punt like that. We need somebody new also
I don't think we have had a decent punter in years. That play pissed me off the most outside of slays mental break downs on those wide open passes

We scored 41 to beat NE in the 2nd half, not 35
When Mahomes got going in the 2nd half, we needed Hurts to match his 2nd half effort

We didn't double Kelce early, we didn't spy Mahomes, our DL got manhandled, we gave up 2 second half TDs on similar plays, and we gave up too many quality runs
There was one play in particular where a KC receiver went in motion and I saw 3 receivers vs 2 DBs and automatically knew we were playing a soft zone...we didn't bring any new defensive schemes/play calls to the SB
We didn't run the ball enough either
30 minute halftime hurt momentum...bc their def gotta long rest coupled with the KC's long drive to open the 3rd quarter

Breh out here saying hurts couldnt score. Breh giftwrapped Quez a TD and that frail ass nikka dropped it.
No one told the defense to allow KC to score each drive in the 2nd half and give up 2 walk in touchdowns
As great as hurts was he lost this game for them. The eagles OL held up their end and was the mvp for majority of the game. They allowed him to rush down the field through open ass holes, gave his guys time get wherever in their routes open etc but that fumble.. that fumble was game deciding. You can't have costly fumbles like that when your OL is making things easy. As trash as the secondary was this team did enough to win, they score on that possession fg/or punt we having a different convo. Went from up 2-3 scores to having a game.
After the fumble hurts had them up 10 points going into the half. Our defense got straight up outcoached in the 2nd half they blew it imo.

Look at the metrics of teams that give up a defensive TD and the correlation to losing...that was a bad omen
stupid take @ the bolded. this is actually the worst that the o line has looked all playoffs. there wasnt much holes for our running backs (hence the 3 yards per carry between the 3 of em), but jalen made some things happen for the most part on the designed qb runs and times he kept the ball on the option. the pass protection wasnt up to our usual standard either. chiefs got more than enough pressure to roll hurts out of the pocket more than im used to seeing. the defense did absolutely nothing to win that game. 0 incompletions, 0 turnovers, 0 sacks & 0 punts in the 2nd half. even if eagles score on that possession where we punted on 4th & 2, who the fukk would be showing this defense ANY LOVE if we won the game?
