What happened to Cox? I know he was banged up the last couple years but dude is the same age as Aaron Donald. Why is he basically washed already.
I remember dudes like Suh, Ngata, and Wilfork still being effective at the same age

This thread is a bunch of ppl agreeing with each other on the same things and mostly things that don't matter
Before the 21 season, I said the only way Hurts will thrive is with a bomb squad...Howie gave him one
Our passing game is still subpar...only chemistry he had is with AJ Brown, shocker there
He makes Devonta look like a bum, and barely looks his way now that he's lining up on the left side a lot more
On the defensive side, I was glad to see Gannon switching up the looks but it didn't matter if the pass rush doesn't get there...we need the pass rush to be better bc that will make the blitz even more effective when it's unpredictable
Surprised how the front 7 got gashed in the run game....I think the problem was Hargrave and not Cox...we need to be stout in the run game for the defense to be top 10 again
Mon night will show a lot bc Minny will blitz us into oblivion, they'll dbl AJ on impt downs, and Devonta & Goedert should be schemed to get open
Defensively, if we don't slow down Cook, it will be a long night....he looked a bit quicker to me on Sun, he was really hitting the hole with lightning speed...and Minny was lining Justin jeff up everywhere...we need to double him on every second and third & long
There's no doubt in my mind, we are a SB caliber team if we had a top 8 QB (once we get the def issues resolved)

Both film reviews are consistent with each other. Hurts had about 3 or so moments where he didn’t handle the blitz well or dropped his eyes too quickly and ran out of a clean pocket too quickly. But he also had a lot of good throws, generally made good decisions, and bailed the Eagles offense out of poor offensive scheming, wide receivers not getting open, or pass protection breaking down against the blitz.
Overall good start for Hurts, we'll see how he does against a tougher team in the Vikings.

Breh, I'm just sitting here imagining what horrible things Kirk, Cook, Thielen, and Jefferson are going to do to our defense.we haven't won in week 2 since 2016

i know it's too early to tell but looking at our schedule and looking at the previous season, off-season upgrades & week 1, i really feel like vikings will be our toughest opponent all year. if we win on monday, i swear can't nobody tell me nothing about this team. i'm not gonna panic about the defense yet because i've seen them have multiple bounce back performances after looking nasty the previous week. jordan davis better have close to double the amount of snaps he had in week 1 though 
Kirk has a 2-9 record on MNF. Some of it is age but part of it is he wants to play in an attacking defensive front and that is not what Gannon the goof asks him to do- he should have never been brought back
