O-line was struggling against picking up the blitz too.

Vic Fangio attended a lot of Eagles practices and knows Sirianni. Just sayin'. 
If there's any cope to this, it's that Week 1 is always weird and that a team's performance in the first game isn't necessarily always a reflection on how they'll play going forward. Maybe Gannon figures it out. I doubt it, but that's always a possibility. But it's looking like Kirk, Jefferson, and Cook are going to eat this defense alive on Monday night next week.

First game so I'm not gonna overreact, but they better get those O-line wrinkles out or this season won't be the thrill ride most people were expecting.
I didn't buy into the hype of this being a great team like so many fans and pundits seemed to have done. Good, nowhere near great or elite was always my take.
But Jalen had SEVENTEEN fukking carries this game. That should tell you all you need to know about what needs to be the focus of adjustments.

And if Im Smitty I'd tell him he won championships with QBs who could get him the ball.
Its outright negligent to not get him a catch. I dont give a damn if he gotta tell the coach we're throwing him a screen to open the next drive.
