I'll be honest, I don't watch Key & Peele like I did Chappelle's Show. But when I have/do, it's just safe. Chappelle's team really pushed things(to me), his team had characters that people talked about. And for it to have only 2 seasons, people still talk about it to this day & it is just as relevant as it was over ten years ago.

Basically we enjoyed majority and plenty of classic quotes , situations and slap in ya damn head type laughter!
I may be one of the only ones that thinks Chappelle Show was a bit overrated. It had its moments but I never thought it held a candle to In Living Color. Call me
Both were Black sketch shows that dealt with similar subject matter, I just think In Living Color trailblazed that shyt and did it better.

Can you list some of these skits? I've seen a few episodes, and other than a few chuckles, most of their jokes fall flat.Chappelle Show was such a monster hit because it was exactly the right show at exactly the right time. He also left it short and sweet before it wore out its welcome, so its remembered extra fondly through nostalgia. Obviously K&P cant fukk with CC at all overall, but they have some hilarious, classic sketches too, just like Dave had some duds in there that no one really remembers. I don't think he has like, exclusivity on black comedians doing sketch comedy
