The first point is basically what happened with Ellis. All the women coming out at least said that any relationships were consensual but because they were working in the same industry they felt he held a certain power over their careers.

Veteran writers fukking all the young talent in the industry is nothing new (this is extremely common in the literary world and honestly not that surprising considering there's often a level of fandom involved with young writers looking up to their inspirations). When there is some work dynamic involved it's hard to say how much this can be considered abuse if the relationship was consensual (IMO not so much) and how much it simply is old fashioned inappropriate workspace relations.
