So you are ok with innocent people sitting in prison for something they didn't do, as long as the majority of those who actually did it are sitting in prison too? At the end of the day, our justice system is far from perfect. But innocent until proven is the way the criminal justice system must remain. We both know it's the exact opposite when it comes to public opinion and standing in society. It's guilty until proven innocent (and even after being proven innocent, the damage has been done). Well, the tactic worked either way and it forced him to cough up the money in legal terms. She could’ve had the suit sealed though but she wanted the headlines since her career has been non existent for two decades now.

Settlement = guilt, he def did that shyt or worse since he settled in 24 hours and not all details were made public yet.

My thing is sex trafficking and blowing up a car are big claims. You shouldn’t be able to file a covil suit, make those claims and have an option to settle financially. At that point we need to be solving cases.

This is ultimately it. She accomplished everything she wanted. She got her story out there, unfiltered. It’s being corroborated by various sources. He is guilty in the eyes of the public and she’s emboldened other to come forward against him because they all have the benefit of the doubt now (and probably proof). Most can’t afford to fight him in the court of law but they can now take him to task in the public sphere.

Diddy thought he was untouchable mentioning that girl constantly in speeches, even while he was with Miami, making songs about her after he abused her for years. She escaped with her trainer, began to heal from that ordeal, GOT MARRIED, started her own family and that man was still publicly associating himself with her (abuser shyt). I genuinely think going scorched earth was the only way he’d leave her alone. He will never speak her name again except to say “it’s all love” if he’s questioned in the future. She’s publicly stained him in a way he’s never been before.
