She issued a civil suit(point is getting a settlement) to a known huge dirtbag, and dirtbag got spooked and cut a check.

Not his artists he would portray himself as the "big brother" of.
Not their wellbeing, financial or mental.
Just money, which he's predatorily squeezed from damn near every single one thats ever associated with him.
And she hit him where he's probably felt it the most.
Snake heads don't care about being seen as snakes, or else they'd change their behavior...which Puff never really did.
