I don't give a damn if you say "you can protect yorself fool" fact is fact. Rio has LESS murder rates than Detroit, St Louis and Camden(all which are all ILLEGAL to own a gun like Rio). More importantly you can "protect yoself" in Rio too. Hell many of the rich there do. What makes Rio worse(for Americans) is that we don't speak Portuguese and so we'll be easier licks.
