Because of the convo that happened at dinner between the four, she knows now that Ethan feels some kind of way about Cameron fukking all of the chicks Ethan was into. I think she's playing with it to get under Ethan's skin, maybe into hoping that his jealousy could rile him into desiring her.

Yea I think she still wants their marriage to be OK and just wants to feel desired by Ethan again and is trying to do so by making him jealous.

I will say I when she confronted Ethan about their sex life and why it's not poppin' he gave an unsatisfactory answer. Maybe she initially wanted to be desired by Ethan and could now think he is a lost cause on that tip.
Just playing Devils advocate I don't think she slept with him either. Just because I think she is being written as a 'good person' and they won't ruin that.
