They also didnt say when they searched her history. She could've unlocked her phone for them not knowing all that history is still there
You’re the first person I’ve talked to in a decade with no password on their phone.
Bruh what we know for certain is they were able to access her internet and search activity. My guess is there wasn’t a PW/Face ID (however unlikely) or she unlocked it for them not understanding the forensics
. A lot of people think clearing history and cookies covers their tracks. Apple did not unlock the phone though, if that’s what you’re insinuating.

and after being a first 48 and forensics binge watcher... i like to make it easy for police to get the key numbers or whatever if needed

A subpoena will get you access to anything breh. Especially when the feds and secret service are involved.
