Think about it, he uses the Sakovia accords to create dissension in the Avengers because he knows they are a HUGE threat to a potential Skrull invasion. Then the building of the Raft to supposedly house super powered criminals? Instead of crimininals, who does he put in there? Avengers. Then fast forward to Infinity War.....Ross sees Thanos and his army invading Earth and he STILL tries to imprison Cap, Falcon, Black Widow n Wanda?! THUNDERBOLT ROSS IS A SKRULL BREHS!!!

She's less attractive then all mentioned but I don't need some hot chick in this role. I'm glad she has good acting chops that was my priority. I'm fairly confident she will do well in this role.
