Yeah they reaching.

They kept the movie in line with the story and letting Carol Danvers character shine. No real hammy thematics.

Also idk why people complain about marvel humor, the shyt actually funny and that makes any movie better

It was entertaining. Almost dozed off after the blockbuster scene then I reminded myself how much the tickets were. It picked up a lot towards the end

Marvel has gotten real good of avoiding typical movie tropes since the dark world. They dive right into the action and don't waste a minute of screen time on" getting to know you" they give you a couple of sentences of explanation and keep it moving, either you get it or you don't

This movie started off good but got boring as shyt. Action sucked compared to your usual Marvel films. Acting was corny especially the scrolls(Spelling?) Brie Larson was wooden in looked like she didn't care to be there, in was in it for the check. Her backstory was useless in added nothing to the character. Nick Fury is a bytch ass nikka who CM treats like a second class citizen. plus him gushing over that stupid cat was overkill. (Ironic because the cat is the best character) All the men characters were idiots in a$$holes.

Imo this movie was trash af, in I didn't care about the controversy at all. I just wanted a good movie, in I didn't get that, very boring movie 4.5/10. (edited the 5.5/10!!!! shyt was even more. the second time around.
