My eyes rolled when Just a Girl started playing. Something like Sabotage or Killing in the Name would have been a better fit.
They definitely needed James Gunn to help with music choices. It was like someone pulled out their mix tape from the 90’s and said let’s just play all this shyt. Like when Carol was riding to that bar. Why, in the hell, did they choose I’m Only Happy When It Rains by Garbage?
Just go look at the lyrics. It’s about only being happy, when there’s drama. How does that fit that scene? Scar Tissue, You Learn or You Gotta Be would have been more appropriate.

I didn’t mind Fury because they gave us exactly what they said they would two years ago. A man at the end of his career, burned out, and has been sitting behind the desk. I get that people don’t like it, but they told us this would not be the man we’ve come to know.
