An accident happens where a superhero mistakenly kills several kids (or one kid, I could be wrong) which sets parents off, families off, and the government. At this point, the government intervenes and wants to create a superhero registration act, saying that if these people are going to go around doing what they do, they should be regulated, meaning the government would know the names and secret identities of every superhero within the Marvel universe, no questions asked. Cap believes it's a violation of their rights and civil liberties while Tony takes the side of the government, believing it to be the right thing to do and one that will be good for everyone as time goes on and that creates a split.

Marvel will probably improve on the original Civil War story for the movies. Spider-Man bout to be up in that too bet money. Eventhough I liked TASM2, Sony desperate as hell. Andrew Garfield and Robery Downey Jr. playing off each other as Peter Parker and Tony Stark.
