Might as well have called this "Avengers: Civil War"



The always affable and honest Ruffalo spoke about his "Civil War" status during an interview with HitFix this morning for his new indie "Infinitely Polar Bear" (read the review). The two-time Oscar nominee is putting his faith in co-star Downey, Jr.'s hands that he'll eventually have a role, but he's beginning to wonder when he's actually heading to set.

"If Robert Downey, Jr. says I'm in 'Captain America,' I'm in 'Captain America' dammit," Ruffalo says laughing. "And I will wait for the day that my call sheet shows up at my doorstep or my script. At this point, I'm told that I'm in it by Robert, which I'll take as biblical, but I just haven't heard or seen from production yet."

Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios are proud to announce that after a full worldwide casting search, Tom Holland will play Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the next Spider-Man film, in theaters in IMAX and 3D on July 28, 2017. The film will be directed by Jon Watts, director of "Cop Car," the upcoming thriller that made its debut earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival.

I agree. That's why I wished it woulda been saved for the civil war flick i knew was coming, is what I mean

I'm sure they don't need it to have an equally epic flick though
