Thor wasnt all out fighting IM either though. If you remembered, he didnt really even know who he was, wasnt really engaged in the fight and just wanted to get his brother. He took that whole fight lightly. He didnt even start to get somewhat serious till the part where he started to crush IM's arms. I think he got full fledged serious about the time Cap came but them Cap kinda put an end to the fight till it got out of hand.

And again... let me reiterate. Couldnt dent Ironman? Breh he was in the process of crushing his arms. Hell to be fair he did dent that shyt up and if it wasnt for that last ditch effort of blasting Thor Starks probably would be without arms with now.

As far as the comparison of Cap to Wolv damage. Thats completely night and day. Cap is constant moment and has that shield, he rarely takes damage Logan has that unbreakable metal on his bones and crazy healing factor this dude never ducks or dodges an attack
