Killzone is 30FPS for the campaign because they want to go all out on the visuals. The game will be locked at 30FPS and in full 1080p resolution. They are shooting for 60FPS on the multiplayer, and multiple sources have said that the game's framerate is smooth right now for multiplayer, but still not completely stable. So DR3 is 30fps due to huge amounts of independent AI and and terrain that directly impacts and improves gameplay, while Killzone: Whatever is 30 fps due to shinier guns?
So you CAN polish a turd
Nice try though.
