I told you guys it was going to bomb/flop. But in Tyler's defense, his movies always have manageable budgets. "Alex Cross" only cost between 25-35 to make but LOL @ the guy saying he was a Bigger star than Will Smith. Just cause Tyler is making a lot of money off his many ventures doesn't make him a bigger movie star than Will. Will is a DRAW, people go to see him in his movies. Tyler has an audience that is limited. Will audience hit damn near every demographic including kids, women, old folks, teens, adults. Tyler does not have Will's type of demos.

They really think we gonna take a dude who made millions off dressing up as a woman seriously as an action star?

Hollywood, stop it.

shyt was wack. No reason for it to be in Detroit instead of DC, no reason to replace Sampson with a white guy, no reason to exclude his oldest child Damon. Nana mama was a nagging old hag instead of dropping knowledge.

cant believe i got dragged to see this trash. i gave it a chance cause at least it wasn't directed by tyler perry, but the film was bad in its own right and perry was just terrible. it could have been saved with a decent actor but he was just awful. the delivery of his lines was some woodface shyt.

and then during the credits they had this song from Trick Trick that tells the whole movie on some bootleg "Straight up menace" shyt. peepe this wack shyt:

No one wants to see a man who is notorious for dressing up like a woman and being a homosexual star as a leading man. Well, in the black community at least. This film was destined to flop. I tried to tell friends this on sohh.com but they shunned me. Now, i guess i was right like the opposite of left.

Out here in my damn drawls
:ohlawd: The black man in me wanted to argue on the behalf of this man and the movie on the IMDB boards , but when I saw it tho :snoop:. I couldn't escape Madea :wrist:...........And his line delivery had me like:rudy:

The movie overall wasn't good to me tho, so maybe it's not just Tyler, but on the other hand, Matthew Fox's crazy a$$ character had me like :krs:. He played a great villain
