it's about time we stop putting dudes in the top 10 based off skill instead of actual wins. aint no way in fukkin hell terrance crawford or golovkin should be ranked in the top 10 and not canelo. matter of fact, golovkin has neither resume OR skill over canelo
.......but a lot of people on here swore up and down canelo would duck lara and trout and he went right after em and beat em both. dude is runnin through 154 from top to bottom and the shyt deserves props no matter if you a fan of him or not. canelo still out here trying to fight the best when he can take it easy and milk his mexican fanbase until retirement. 4 of his last 6 fights will be against cotto, lara, trout, and floyd mayweather....3 of those are "50-50" fights, and the other is floyd where he was the huge underdog...which is his only L. how many fighters out here are taking tough fights like this on a consistent basis like canelo is?.....I mean when your "soft touches" are alfredo angulo and james kirkland, you know you're killlin it. truthfully, I don't have much issue with people not having canelo in the top 10 yet, but if he beats cotto and yall still don't have him in there then

I expect to start seeing back pedaling and "The only way Cotto can win is if" and "Cotto has a good shot if he....." statements from the Canelo contingent as the fight draws nearer. That's what you do when you're uncertain with your guy, gotta throw out the reasons the other guy could win so you don't look bad. Gotta be able to get you're "I told you" even in defeat.

Went to the gym last night to train (hadn't t done boxing training since my daughter was born) and me and boy was talking about this dude and how Lampley kept tryna throw his name in there to fight Bradley. My boy was kept saying how Canelo would crush Tim, but I don't think so. I think Tim takes it to him and makes him box. Canelo tries to fancy himself as a boxer but he's really not. He's more of a puncher/boxer who's vastly improved on his counter game.
