According to Byrd it wasn't a close fight though. According to Byrd, Canelo dominated. :mjlol:

The problem in boxing is that 80% of the time it's a "close fight", you know who is going to be credited with the W. It's gonna be the guy the industry wants as its face. Byrd's score was ridiculous and completely indefensible, but Moretti and Trella's scores were also more pro-Canelo than EVERY independent observer of any standing who judged the fight. It's like they knew GGG won but didn't want to be responsible for giving him the win, so they judged it super close/draw and let the blame fall on others. Damn near every fukking scorecard I saw from an outside observer was 116-112 or 117-111 in GGG's favor, so how the fukk is it that all three judges just happen to be more pro-Canelo than that? One judge disputing 2-3 roundsis to be expected, but not all judges all in the same direction. How do they miss a combined 9-12 rounds in Canelo's favor?

And then the same with the 2nd fight. 95% of outside observers had that fight as a win or draw for GGG, and yet not a single judge gives GGG the win and 2 out of 3 give Canelo the W? How is that even statistically possible? 2 fights, 6 judges. 5 of the 6 judges grading the fights more pro-Canelo than nearly EVERY fight media outlet and the 6th being on the pro-Canelo extreme of the media.

And it's not just the Canelo fight. Like I said, 80% of the time you know exactly who is going to be given the win. The up-and-coming star being groomed will get the win he needs to get to the next stage. The undefeated fighter will keep his undefeated record unless the other fighter is a bigger draw. The popular fighter gets the win over the less popular fighter. It's not 100% but it's damn close to clockwork.
95% had the second fight a draw or GGG win? :stopitslime:

Was the the fight where, If I recall, pre-fight GGG was saying canelo would be on his bike? Then we watched a whole 12 rounds of Canelo walking GGG down and GGG shook?

The Kazakhstan native did state during his post-fight press conference, however, that he did enough to beat Alvarez in their 12-round, 168-pound championship match.

I don’t feel that I lost the fight,” Golovkin said. “especially in the second half, I felt that I was better than my opponent.”

Exactly why I can't stand this two faced clown. After the fight when they were face to face he admitted canelo was better. Then when he's alone with all his cac media buddies he wants to claim he won :mjlol: ......dude made an intro talking about fighters don't run then he proceeded to do just that cause by his own admission he didn't wanna get knocked out.

Got boo'd in his intro. Got boo'd during the fight. Ran away for 11 out of 12 rounds while another one of his trainers sat there in complete disgust. Little g feared canelo's power from the very first moment they got in the ring together and deep down that's always gonna eat him up inside :wow:......fukk this overrated clown:blessed:

right and in real life GGG is a jordan brand athlete who his peers speak about in high regard with a combination of skills and attributes that will not be seen anytime soon..even in his decline past and future opponents make sure to be respectful towards him.....:wow:

What do you buy more of, Pat? Jordan sneakers or bottles of Henny??

Drink responsibly, amigo.

Nobody gives a fukk about them media dikk riders. This the same media that put little g ahead of Winky Wright and Roy Jones all time :mjlol:

The opinions of the fighters is what really matters. And most fighters and trainers sided with canelo. Cause fighters know it’s about who’s really doing the damage. Even his own damn trainer said they lost that’s why he got fired:mjlol:

Andre ward hit it right on the head…

Andre ward: “a lot of the media are in love with golovkin. It’s a love affair. And when you’re blinded by a love affair you can’t see objectively. If you make your name by being this rah rah guy, why did you choose not to be that guy on the biggest night of your life?:jbhmm:….there’s a reason for that. You asked for Mexican style. That’s what you called for. Your heard Roy say it. And the golovkin fans and the writers don’t wanna hear that but it’s the truth. Canelo did what y’all didn’t think he was gonna do. He stood there and gave you Mexican style. There was only one Mexican in the ring that night. And that was canelo”:wow:

Errol Spence & Derrick james: “Triple G said Mexican style and he was backing up the whole fight. Canelo stood there trying to fight and golovkin kept backing up trying to box”

Roy Jones: “The Mexican beat you Mexican style. You asked for a war and backed up the whole fight”

Yeah, I'm sure 95% of folk who analyze the sport for a living are biased towards the same guy, even though he's the less popular, less promoted one, but the fighters are the unbiased ones. :laff:

This boxing, not figure skating, there's no style points involved. :camby:

Boxers are just like the athletes in every sport - they're the most biased, most agenda-driven of any observers. Notice literally every comment you quoted isn't about who boxed better or who landed more punchers (because that was objectively Golovkin), but whose "style" they liked.

You don't win a fight just because you fought with the more appealing style. You win by landing punches and winning rounds. And no one who looked at that objectively thought Alvarez won more rounds that day.

Notice we're still talking about the 2nd fight. Everyone agreed that GGG won the first fight and that Byrd's scoresheet was a fukking joke. Why would it be any different the 2nd time out? Why is it that 80% of the time a fight outcome is off or disputable, it's off in the same predictable direction?

No one thinks boxing judging is clean or accurate, so don't try and start fooling anyone here.

”I told Golovkin in the 11th and 12th, I needed him to win both rounds,” Sanchez said to Fighthub. ”I thought it was a close fight. I told him I needed both rounds, and I think he took off the last round. He didn’t do enough to win it convincingly.

This is his own damn trainer what are you talking about :mjlol: …..this is the man who was literally in his corner. Said he was disappointed in his performance and disappointed he didn’t fight enough. And he got fired for it. But go ahead and put more stock into the opinions of guys like mike coppinger and fat Dan over hall of famers like Andre ward and Roy Jones :pachaha:

That's what he needed to win convincingly. His trainer knows just as well as anyone else that Alvarez gets the benefit of the doubt in any close fight. And if he needed two to win convincingly, and got one, then doesn't that make it a draw at worst and a close win at best? Which is literally exactly what all the media said about the fight too?

You blind stans are so obsessed you don't even realize when your own case proves you wrong. :mjlol:

You're a bit blinded here and jumping the gun, where does his trainer say he won even 1 of round 11 or 12 though? :lolbron:
