I don't have cable in my room and couldn't care less. i don't care about what's currently hot on TV or w/e. I might just cop an antennae for sports purposes as I want something to play on the TV besides my computer being on all the time. It's funny I went from watching TV all day back then to not even wanting cable in my bedroom. Netflix, Antennae and another premium service for sports if you heavily invested should cover you.

i got a leaf antenna and a pc connected to my vizio and i rarely watch anything on network tv [that will change when the nfl season starts]...i got navi x and 1 channel and i find plenty of hd content on the internet...it is the a la carte option i dreamed of and i have no desire to go back to the old way of watching tv and movies [i will still cop blurays when needed]...you can do things with a computer that aint possible with a cable tv subscription...i got an off and on [currently off] relationship with netflix doe...
