My auntie gave me her Verizon account username and password so i just download all of the major cable apps like HBO GO, showtime, CNN, Watch ESPN, Lifetime (for my bytch), etc... Ive been eating well with this plus the digital channels that I get for free... A guy i kinda know jail broke his Apple TV and apparently now he gets everything you could possible want. Sunday Ticket, League Pass, PPV, all the movie channels, etc.... I never watched tv at his spot so i cant comment on the quality of the picture and how much of a hassle it is to navigate whatever bootleg menu he is using.

If you want to keep it really real, here's my advice from when I had no cable. Get an antenna for HD OTA. If you have parents or friends with cable, ask them to let you use their HBOGo and/or WatchESPN passwords. That alone might keep you satisfied. For a lot of the TV shows on cable, I'd either go heavy on the torrents and/or go with Hulu Plus and Netflix. Good thing about torrents is, you can get HD quality and set the RSS feeds to download shows when they show up. There are even sites dedicated to football, basketball, baseball and auto racing out there. Hulu Plus and Netflix will have most of the shows out there. For myself that worked fine, but if you have a gf or wife, no way in hell will that fly. Have to keep that WAF(Wife acceptance factor) up.

Say...well yeah i don't want any connection fee, I want 2 boxes (1 free), and internet at the lowest price they advertise. I want free hbo too for at least a year.

They will eventually give in. I forced my cable company to give me Internet for $38 a month WITHOUT cable TV. They were trying to stay firm at $60 because I refused to sign up for Cable TV

I was like it's your loss. No deal, I will only sign for whatever you guys say I can get it for online. 2 weeks later I got what I wanted.
