For the first time we are going to see some ICE shyt happen here in Canada.
This we need people here. But at the same time we need to build the infrastructure. With all the homelessness and immigration and people not having jobs the government needs to do a program that can help people. An option should be given to people if they have no work to work on contributing to the infrastructure in someway. Either it being cleaning up the garbage in the city or pick up a hammer and let’s build. With how much building we need to do in this country and the natural resources we have the unemployment here should be super low. Ontario is congested in the southern part but half of the province is still all land. I get it’s the cold but Ontario could hold atleast 30 million comfortably with all the land it has. Just need to expand the infrastructure to get it there.

I heard most of the international students pay full tuition in Canada with the promise of permanent residency dangled in their faces by the colleges. If that's the case they cannot be blamed for coming to Canada en-masse.

We been shytting on him before the immigration shyt. He been PM for 9 years. The immigration shyt really started to become a problem to the average Canadian the last few years.
Immigration basically was the last straw. Because now the system is so overstretched and we're seeing a lot of problems due to immigration. It's not the fault of the immigrants, it's our pathetic government. Will also say a big problem are those Gaza demonstrations.
The trudeau hate is legitimate. Our job numbers are putrid, economy sucks, much higher crime, people can't find jobs, people can't afford homes, we have so much debt. Now the trarriffs.
Edit: Part of it is Indian hate...some legitimate some straight racism. Canada was a majority white country. We have 3-4 major cities. Picture importing 4-5M people in 5 years. They settle in those 3-4 major cities mostly Toronto area. The increase in some cities has been huge and it's very noticeable. We aren't vetting who's coming in so there are many coming in here that have no skills and are running pure crime. Money laundering, Toronto became the car theft capital of the world. We have Brampton a predominantly Indian city where crime has skyrocketed. On top of that, so many arrived and bought houses. There's something called a Brampton Mortgage...which means you get a mortgage through fraud. When you turn on the TV, we would see black faces involved with crime, it's now mostly brown. A massive culture shock. Not to mention there is a cross section of Indians who just do not integrate. They start businesses and hire Indians only. They buy up property and only rent to certain Indians. You black, don't even bother.
You go to predominantly white or mixed areas that are now full of Indians. No issue, but it's a culture shock and because many do not care to integrate, they'll do things like shyt on beaches, dump garbage, litter, etc. Sounds like isses but they become huge when a group of poeple arrive, do not fukk with you and block you from getting jobs, doctors, etc.
It's not like it's just about Indians but they are the majority of our immigration by a huge margin. It's simple. If you want to come here, no problem, but you need to fill a need, you need to be respectful and you need to integrate. Canadians are fed up though and immigrants take the brunt of the anger fair or not.

Yes, they are being played by the schools who have made bank off of these international students. Now that we have pulled back on immigration you're hearing schools talking about shutting down or making huge cuts. They fully used them.
The funny thing is that if/when this happens, Canada will enter a rapid decline and those who wished for this will complain about whoever comes next because…there’s nobody even remotely good in line.
I think this is a very reasonable take. The problem is that conservatives sell this dream but act differently once they get in power. And realistically, the liberals don’t have anybody sensible enough to deliver a strategy such as what you outlined and the conservatives/Polievre are too stupid to be as astute to do what you outlined.
I don't expect anything from the Conservatives. It's going to be tough for many Canadians especially those who rely on a lot of the freebies Trudeau was giving out. But there needs to be some balance. Trudeau went so fukking far to the left and the NDP had him by the nuts so he had to push their idiotic policies too. So it's really Libs and NDP that we should be mad at.
Sons will be a mess but a different mess and right now we need that. I really wish it was Charest and not fukking PP but here we are. We have some awful leaders in this country.
