The other problem that you all run into unfortunately is as large and as vast a country as Canada is it's not a high population area. It's like 40 million. You have like the population of California in a country like the size of China. Actually more like Russia that bad boy is huge

Most people in the country are within 100 mi of a US border. I think around 80% of the population lives within that radius. So you're talking about dropping a large group set of people in a very concentrated area which inflates everything. 5 million people is a huge difference in a small population country like that.
For all of the flaws of the US we're very spread out when it comes to our population so you can go to Florida, Texas, California, Minnesota etc.
So when you have Canada which has a very densely populated area with people in high concentrated areas it becomes even tougher when it comes to jobs or housing.
There's small towns that are exploding right now and not in a good way.
No one is exactly looking to move to Yukon Territory.
