as for the other stuff yes as I mentioned,... Halifax, Dartmouth, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg London, Windsor, Ottawa, Hamilton, Kitchener

black restaurants INCLUDE African and Caribbean restaurants.. because most of those who ran from the underground rail road in America stay in Halifax with smaller communities in Windsor or Chatham-Kent areas.

Forgot to mention Edmonton has the blacks that migrated from Colorado and Oklahoma but it's also mostly African/Caribbean

Just going off the top of my head...UBC and Waterloo are top schools as well. Surprised McMaster even made it on the top 100 list. US has some great schools but check the cost, then compare that cost to the great Canadian schools. Those top US schools are barely affordable. Canadian schools are way more affordable and you get a world class education. My school not on the list

Only thing is alot of them are stoosh with it. Also the housing is affordable just not where the most jobs are. You want a good and affordable house you atleast doing a 2hr commute everyday this is for Toronto i'm talking. Ontario is the size of almost like 10 states with the population of 1.
