New York is one city. What about PA, CT, MA, NJ, Rhode Island, MD, DC which are all filled with Caribbean people and have to deal with snow every year?

You can add Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, Paris and London to that equation also.

Florida itself isn’t beating all those places^^^.

Opportunities is ultimately the number one reason people migrate to places and a better life.
It does not snow much in DC/MD and Florida and Atlanta still have faster growing Caribbean populations except Dominicans who seem to love New England and Guyanese who love New York City and state
Jamaicans aren’t moving to New York like that anymore, ricans are moving to Florida crazy, Haitians and Cubans number one state is Florida, Brooklyn is still the number one Caribbean spot but soon it’s going to be thrird and fourth generation (and Haitians)

Most of the growth in the Caribbean population in pa , NJ and ct is former New Yorkers.
I cannot speak for outside the us but I know Caribbean immigration has slowed in Canada

if canada wasnt so damn cold id go there in a heart beat. my moms got a lot of fam in toronto. i grew up making trips all the time (i remember the days you didnt need a passport to go smh). toronto had a great music scene in the late 90s and early 2000s. montreal is a goat tier city. its just too fukkin cold anywhere up there. havent been to canada since 05 but i got such great memories. i heard torontos completely changed since the last time ive been there

I lived there before right after school. Its sucks now. It's like little America there. Horrible.

Everyone gets paid more in the US. Unless you're government worker, you will make more in the US. That's probably the one knock on Canada. The gotdamn taxes are debilitating and the cost of living is atrocious. We're reaching San Francisco levels.

I'm looking at a luxury townhouse...a new fukking townhouse in the city and it's going to cost me over $1M. Finishes are run of the mill, carpeting through half the house. That's Toronto for you. You can make a great income and still not be able to afford a 1 bedroom condo. Good thing I bought rental properties before the boom.

Toronto does not equal Canada

Which gets pissed away in Student Loans, Health Care, Insurance, and food.

Toronto is literally Chicago but cleaner and nicer and much finer women :noah:

But for real I love the US but Canada functions much better as a society. I visit there all the time considering I can see it from my balcony lol

yeah UofToronto and McGill at the very least are top 40 in the world.

Just going off the top of my head...UBC and Waterloo are top schools as well. Surprised McMaster even made it on the top 100 list. US has some great schools but check the cost, then compare that cost to the great Canadian schools. Those top US schools are barely affordable. Canadian schools are way more affordable and you get a world class education. My school not on the list :mjlol:

I'm planning my great escape as well. Only time I went to Canada was when I was 15 so that trip is long overdue.

the ivies and stanford are free if your family income is less than $100k. getting in is the primary issue.

Niccas acting like Canada isn’t overpriced housing and people don’t have student debt :mjlol:

Usa got higher average income and lower average housing cost. That’s a double loss for y’all :umad:

US college debt is far worse than Canadian college debt. Housing is affordable in some burbs. I'll agree with you on the wages. I know I'd be making double in the US. :mjcry:

Breh y’all dont even have the same type of college culture. Graduating highschool and going away to college is not done in Canada. Y’all dont even have that many colleges and universities. Completely different experience homie. Canada housing market pricing y’all out too :umad:
