I lost my gut in about 2 months by going vegetarian. My tummy is flat and now my chest looks bigger. My upper body is muscular and looks great....however....if I take my shirt off, I still have that little flap under my belly button and on my beltline. trying to figure out out to get rid of that.

Yes...but it won't be fun.

Epsom salt baths daily = losing 1-3lbs in a sitting.

Your diet is now liquid. The good? Peanut butter and banana smoothies. The bad? All you'll be having are smoothies.

Cold water at all times, no weight lifting, just calisthenics.

The ugly is liquid shyts...

You gotta make a move on the double as soon as you hear that sound in your stomach

Not walking, power walking.... none of that shyt.
Running. Hard..
That shyt works ur entire body.

Dude I trim my stomach noticeably in two weeks just doing abs and eating healthy consistently. 2-3 weeks tops. I always fukk around and get lazy so I have yet to maintain the beloved six pack but I will say I feel godly in a sense working out and seeing progress come from it so with that said let’s see if I turn this gut into abs by July 4th.

Go on an alternate day fast

Cut out all carbs besides oatmeal and brown rice

Load up on protein, chicken breasts, steak, eggs, hamburger without the bun

Eat fruits and vegetables

Exercise everyday, heavy weight lifting and long walks and yoga
