You have a pudgy stomach, love handles? Lower abdomen fat is usually the toughest and usually the last spot to go. At the end of the day you just have to keep dieting until it goes, the body is going to choose the order the fat goes.
Everything everyone has said works...bottom line is to burn more than you put in and to avoid certain foods.
On another note, This ECA stack has me under-eating though .
