Well I see someone is going to the Pants Party.
& @IllustratorMike ir name is truly suiting. Like damn breh! Then u listed ur son's work I was literally like . My sister is self taught too, the drawing gene skipped over me. I'm more likely to make it acting. Maybe j can audition for an open call for Chicago Fire/Pd/med or Empire & when I win my 1st award to shout out the Coli in my acceptance speech.

It's not too tough to improve on drawing. I'm finishing up a degree in Game Design & Art and learned a bunch of tricks to make drawing easier. The best thing is to look at whatever you're drawing and break it down into shapes first. Lightly sketch the face/character as cubes/cylinders/spheres and then gradually go over the shapes creating the actual form.

As simple as that is, the composition is dope. Easy to turn it into an animation since the color scheme and balance is already there.
