Fair Point absolutely Black Men failed to protect Black women.Now, here is why I have an issue with this argument— you can’t bring up what happened to Black women in slavery/what may have shaped behavior without discussing the full picture. Black women were not alone in slavery. Black women were not strong enough to fight off white slave owners.
So when that white slave owner sent someone down to tell that Black women to make herself “available” to that white man, WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO STOP IT FROM HAPPENING?
When Black women had to get work as maids, etc, WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO MAKE SURE WE DIDN’T HAVE TO WORK FOR THE WHITE FAMILIES? Or be our protection and be in the area/neighborhood if we had to go to work in those homes to help provide for our families?
If Black women “got used to being used by cacs”, as you say, it’s because no one stopped it and made sure that wasn’t the Black woman’s experience.
You do realize that 16, 18, 20, 22, 30+ yo black teens/women doing domestic work in these white homes…they didn’t want to be there.
I mean if “divesting” started in slavery then so did “pawging” because same way we have Black women who clearly have issues with brehs and they don’t know how to act, we ALSO have Black men who think brehettes are beneath white women, Asian women and Latinas and will let the whole world know.

I say all that to say, YES there are weird ass Black women who probably don’t look that great and have shytty personalities who have issues with Black men, and you’re fine to call them out.
But we don’t need to reach back in history and blame it on the experience of women who were ENSLAVED and unprotected from white men.
It can just simply be that these are women who weren’t socialized properly and are lame as fukk.

I’ve said on here I’m really facinated with the turn of the century period right before the post modern period of World War I.
For example before the Great Depression if a Black Man attempted to defend Black women basically you had a Rosewood sitaution.
So again Black women who worked for cacs or not if they told a Black Man that she was raped and he crashed literally might get the whole town burned down.
Basically after Tulsa you don’t hear of situations like that happening after that. Black people were lynched but instead of devils making postcards they’d lynch Black people on the low in the country where a Black person would find them but other than a few cases in the civil rights are the days of mass lynchings were over.
Even in the Emmitt Till case they didn’t show up to the house and kill everyone they basically kidnapped the boy in secret and killed him. His Grandfather bravely testified as wasn’t killed.
I believe the reason that the mass lynchings stopped was because of northern Factories. If you were a Surgeon in Greenwood in Tulsa and one day crackers showed up and burnt down everything that you had you’d question why you lived in the south.

So my point is Black women had to evaluate whether it was worth it to tell a Black Man if she was abused.

I'll expand a bit. Throw out the terms for a second. There is a growing number of folks who feel entitled to relationships with a certain caliber of male or female(or any relationship at all) and the lack of fulfillmemt of this entitlement is leading to new unseen levels of bitterness. I'll fold here and say social medis is making this worse by allowing echo chambers for this bitterness that offer 0 solutions.
Applying a term seems to get people bogged down into whether or not they are having sex. I'm focusing more on the psychological erosion attached to these unfulfilled entitlements. Yes a woman can get sex easier than a man but that doesn't mean she isn't developing the same negative mental state as the incel(term used to refer to certain mental viewpoints...sorry it's just convenient).
