Can we go back to tv shows with at least 20 episodes per season?

Aint nobody trying to watch that many episodes. Only on CW and other TV networks does that shyt fly and those shyts are awful. So much so they always throw in a musical episode or some other weird shyt just to kill time. Make that shyt 8-10 episodes max with a solid plot and good characters and I'm good.

Depends on the show. Short seasons is the trade off for binging going out of style. Gotta acommodate the people with short attention spans
This guy never saw and entire season of a DC TV show. More than 15 is killer.
They are trash regardless.

Go back to one and done stories with minimal character work.

The amount of cgi that goes into these prestige fantasy shows prohibits 20 plus seasons

Yep and also blame it for people being impatient and wanting to binge an entire season in a few days. Nobody wants to wait a week or two for new episodes. I'm glad Disney Plus and Amazon are doing shows the traditional way.
I don’t really see the value to me as a viewer in watching these shows weekly. I usually wait until it all airs and watch it all over a weekend.

yeah i prefer to binge watch a show after the season has aired. I've come to hate waiting week to week and sometimes through a mid-season break to watch an episode of a show. A lot of shows i'm interested in watching are airing now and i'm patiently waiting until june when the season finishes to watch them.
