My biggest issue with AM is it's lack of compatibility with last.fm

All the apps that track your listening for AM are only for the downloaded songs in your library, not the streamed.

Never used Apple Music. I gave YouTube Music and Spotify. Used to have Tidal free when I was with Sprint but when I dropped the service I lost that. To me Spotify is best.

Where is this at? I went into settings and didn’t see anything like that.

My daughter put me on to YouTube music. Got all of my downloaded songs on there and algorithm is perfect from decades of google stealing my info. Plus if a song isn’t in the catalog it plays the YouTube video in the background. On top of that you get YouTube with no ads and the ability to download videos and music. Only $20 a month for the family plan too. I know it sounds like AC an ad but I don’t get how anyone uses anything else.

My experience has been great. Now I do like Spotify more for smaller quality of life features, but I'm not really missing them. Plus I like lossless audio.

Apple Music is trash imo.

Been using Spotify for years now and the UI is much better organized, the playlists are better based on what I listen to, and the search feature is better.

Apple Music needs a complete overhaul. Those developers over there have gotten lazy with that app. If I wasn’t getting it through my other paid Apple services I’d quickly drop it.
