Can we all admit that Life After Death is the greatest Hip Hop album of all time?

Hell yeah. He was vivid with his storytelling and the imagery, you could see it right before your eyes. :damn:

The thing that I loved about Biggie's storytelling skills was the fact that he didn't do that corny ass "once upon a time" or "I knew a kid name Steve" type of cliches in the song. It was like dude takes you ground zero to the shyt.

"Today's agenda
Got the suitcase up in the Sentra
Go to room 112, tell 'em Blanco sent ya"

"I'm sittin' in the crib dreamin' about Leer jets and coupes
The way Salt shoops and how they sell records like Snoop
Oops! I'm interrupted by a doorbell"

Screw the buildup. We at Biggie's crib listening to those dreams. fukk we are at the meeting where Big had his fingers crossed on that lick.

:wow:Last rapper to spit those types of vivid stories was Nasir Jones brehs

No Father To MY Style.. A Son Unique
How you gonna set a blueprint when that blueprint was just set by pac and being emulated by Biggie, clearly.

You can tell Big heard LIFE GOES ON,went in the MISS U recording session and created his life.
Same thing with the double album concept.
You can tell he heard what's yo phone number and made Nasty Boy.
You can tell he heard Run the streets and Created ANOTHER.
I love the narrative pac fans give of

"Biggie bit ready to die off me against the world. Pac said it. fukk biggie"

While pac was friends with biggie alllll that time for an entire year until the shooting and all of a sudden bigs a biter. Ok pac stans

Lol at using 2 worst songs on album to demonstrate yur point

Made verse was soo :lawd:

Then biggie verse :wow: :banderas:

My fav album of all time bro

Yeah. I can remember having 1 of my 1st cd players cause before that all I had was a walkman and my sister had the album. I kept those 2 discs in that cd player.

Bruh, I would stay up, just listening to this album and fall asleep with the headphones on my ears.

When it was time to go out, catching the bus or rolling with the family, I would have this album with my cd player and keep it in rotation.

Yeah, Ma$e's and Biggie's verses were perfect :ohlawd:
