OK @trilldealbaby so from wich third world country are you? What languages do you know? Here's some info about scholarships offered by Belgium to study here. Can't help you with London or Germany but once you're in the EU i's easier to move around.

Edit: you should also check the EU Commission website because you can do an internship then (even if you're not from a member state) which will open up opportunities just by being in Brussels. Those internships are paid.

That's a different program under EU. I was talking about the grants. And this one is for 5 months. If I do that, I would have to take a semester off. But thanks anyway.
