Can somebody post a guaranteed arm builder workout?

So let me get this straight.

You'd bench XXX lbs, then do tricep pulldowns, then go back to bench, then do tricep pulldowns, and so on and so forth?

Actually the way I workout is nonstop circuit,so on chest day:

Bench,Decline,Incline,Pullups,Machine Flys,Pushups,Machine Chest Press,Pushups,Dips,Tricep Pulldowns

10 Sets breh:blessed:

First 5 sets heavy weights where you can only do 8-10 reps,gotta hit atleast 10 pushups,10 pullups,25 dips and 20 tricep pulldowns

Last 5 sets 135 to the death on the 3 main chest excersies same amount of bodyweight reps and for the two machines at least 20 reps of a lightweight but let it be heavy enough to push you.

Somebody posted this on SOHH I think a few years back.. I use a variation of this workout when I work arms

This was mentioned already but I feel like it needs to be said again, make sure you're getting enough calories/rest to stimulate growth otherwise all that time in the gym ain't gonna mean shyt

I think it is a mistake to focus only on your bi's and forearms when 75% of your arm is the tricep. Focus on building enormous tri's and I guarantee everything else will grow. As for biceps/forarms. focus on iso movements i.e. exercises where you can't cheat: seated incline DB curls, preacher curls (godlike), seated hammer curls.:ahh:

last but not least. DONT BE fukkING SLOPPY WITH YOUR FORM. How you lift is how you look. Focus on that contraction. If you can't feel it in your target muscle you're wasting your time.

Well of course you'll get a burn from this look at all that damn volume. the average dude can't do all that and there is a 0% chance you can go heavy on all of that shyt. you can do all that if you're doing lightweight but I'm all about building muscle. muscle can only grow by being overloaded week after week with a proper diet of course.
