You'd bench XXX lbs, then do tricep pulldowns, then go back to bench, then do tricep pulldowns, and so on and so forth?
Actually the way I workout is nonstop circuit,so on chest day:
Bench,Decline,Incline,Pullups,Machine Flys,Pushups,Machine Chest Press,Pushups,Dips,Tricep Pulldowns
10 Sets breh
First 5 sets heavy weights where you can only do 8-10 reps,gotta hit atleast 10 pushups,10 pullups,25 dips and 20 tricep pulldowns
Last 5 sets 135 to the death on the 3 main chest excersies same amount of bodyweight reps and for the two machines at least 20 reps of a lightweight but let it be heavy enough to push you.
