And I see you said you only wanna work biceps cause you tired of the skinny arm look.

Breh you might wanna work ya triceps they make up 2/3rds of ya arm, most ppl think biceps is what make ya arm look big, nahhhhhh its them triceps

Would this increase my forearm size as well? Or thats a whole nother topic?

Aaye I fuccs wit this post its alotta detail in it & ima try it out gdlookin but damn
Train my arms 4 an hour?
Hopefully my forearms shoot up 2 :salute:

No worries dude, it's quiet at work so had time to do a detailed post. Yeah I train for 1 hour, sometimes 2 on 1 single muscle group. Time-under-tension is the key really, you wan't your muscles to be under maxiumum stress during your workouts. Just try and make your workouts as intense as possible and them gains will come breh.

Maybe. It's a good question. I'm a firm believer in if you're sleeping/eating enough then you can't over-train. If you were to hit biceps every day, yes that'd be bad but if you do 1/2 hour session on one muscle group and rest it for a day, 2 days you'll be fine. When I started lifting I was trying to train every muscle group during each session, which obviously resulted in little progress for what I wanted to achieve (hypertophy). As soon as I started hitting a certain muscle for an hour plus is when I really noticed development. Maybe start out with 30 minute workouts and progressively increase over the weeks mate.

Somebody posted this on SOHH I think a few years back.. I use a variation of this workout when I work arms

This was mentioned already but I feel like it needs to be said again, make sure you're getting enough calories/rest to stimulate growth otherwise all that time in the gym ain't gonna mean shyt

I'm talkin forearm & biceps
I only got freeweights (dumbbells & barbells)
I ain't feelin tha skinny arm look & its hard 2 make gains
For a balanced physique, you will want to develop your triceps along with your biceps. The tricep muscle group is larger than your bicep, and will assist you in getting large appearing arms. When doing curls, dumbbell or barbell, fully extend the arms at the bottom of the rep. This will work the long head of the biceps. If you keep the arm flexed at the bottom of the curl, then you only work the short head of the bicep. Working the short head of the bicep gives the peak appearance when flexing the bicep. The thickness of the bicep when the arm is in the extended position and at flex is the long head of the bicep. So, when you got a brother just relaxed and his arms look like he's flexing, that the long head of the bicep giving the appearance of looking large, because it is.
Change up workouts doing heavy and light weights with low weight and high weight resistance respectively. Make long term and short term goals.

But if you want to be an Abercrombie & Fitch looking cac model, then do whatever you want to do.

NEW ERA
You can try this if you want or not,up to you:manny:

About two months ago I started hitting Tricep pulldowns everyday three days straight after EVERY set of another body part for 20 reps at a hard enough weight where you can get 20 but ya shyt be burnin by the time you get there and on the other three days I did biceps the same way, swear I put about a good inch on my arms, thats about 500+ reps a day,ya arm aint gon have no choice but to grow as long as you not doin no p*ssy weight or weight that aint makin you go hard.

Dont listen to that shyt about overtraining breh long as you sleep enough and eat enough you a be good, try my method and see if ya arms dont grow.
I like this idea. :ehh:

How long did it take you to grow that inch on your triceps?
