Crazy, granted it’s a gymnastics floor but she could probably flip herself high enough to reach the net with fingertips but no idea how feasible it would be to dunk, she’s literally flipping and twisting in the air, while holding a ball and trying to dunk.

Just ain’t possible.

All moot anyway. She’s a gymnastics legend and that’s it.

The floors have springs underneath to propel them
Gotcha.
I seen Shorty do a whole spinning backflip type sht off the stand still.

So I'm still curious how high she could get on a regular floor

It only ends the thread if you don’t realize that she is reaching that height by using her momentum and jumping off a spring loaded floor.

She ain’t taking two steps and jumping 12 feet into the air breh.
spring loaded?

Two different missions.
With dunking, you petty much need the explosive energy to get up there. There's a defined target.

With gymnastics, you still need the explosive energy, but it's to roll into your next move. There isn't a rim or target to reach. If anything, you wanna get high enough to JUST complete that move and transition as tightly as possible.

That girl ain't even 5ft right? :gucci:
Ask this again when some pint sized high jumper comes along
All of this explanation isn’t even required. A gymnastics floor is just a huge springboard. She wouldn’t get nearly enough height to dunk on a regular floor. Kids in gymnastics can get 6-8ft in the air on a gymnastics floor, if they’re good.
