We have laws because we're a society of laws, we create rules to help govern the world and people around us, our WHOLE GOVERNMENTAL SYSTEM is based on laws it's part and parcel with living in the USA. It's not semantics. Lacking the capacity to reproduce is not a disorder. A disorder has a very specific definition, one that involves harming the individual or those around them. It's not dependent on whether the person wants it that way or not.

1. Anal sex is dangerous only because of the propensity to tear tissue, not because its more prone to viral transmission. Vaginal sex still gives you all the other famous STDs.

2. Are you saying West Africans weren't having gay sex because it was outlawed/not allowed or because there were no gays? Are you sure of this? Because homosexuality is illegal in more than half of the world, but it doesn't mean there aren't any gay people.

I'm cool with adults having consensual sex with one another, no matter how kinky or "unproductive" of children it may be.
