I guess we were all naive in thinking that thread would be around forever, archived somewhere. The fact that the powers that be had that thread removed with absolutely no evidence today of it's previous existance, tells you there was plenty of legitimacy to the stories posted within it. I was sending some of those stories to people I work with which had plenty of them going...........






I remembered the Redman story vaguely, and the Usher story too somewhat, and if not for this thread I wouldn't have given eitehr much thought. But, The Rise of Uncivilization parties was on some other shyt entirely. The very name of the party itself is insane and is on levels of shock that only the munchkin suicide in Wizard of Oz or the Chestburster scene in Alien can equal.

I remember that thread. The guy in the 1st story is obviously Ja Rule. It was revealed in that thread. There was so many other stories about rappers in the industry and situations that were witnessed by different cats.

I remember a dude telling a story about Snoop getting checked by a gang of bloods in his younger days in a house during a video shoot or something. They was checking Snoop for saying "shyt that I drop cuz ya know it don't stop

'make it valid' was code for tossing salad in the industry. And in order for an up and coming artist to come up he would have to 'make it valid'.

I think someone was hinting at Jay-z gobbling like a peasant toward russell simmons in hopes of him pushing his project. To the point where he was getting donuts thrown at him and cleaning up said donuts.
