Can managers read your one on one messages with another coworker in teams? 🤔

They've already built up a case against me especially because of personal shıt I know about old coworkers that "retired".

In my meeting this morning, she pretty much alluded to knowing what I said and to be careful in the future with another job with who you converse with. It wasn't so much what I said but what I shouldn't know.

At this point, they're just playing chess because even if it hurts their company at this time of the year, it's harmful for the company overall in terms of their morale.

One person quit because of this employee that set me up. A previous employer was "laid off" so its deeper than rap. She's coveted in her role.

Go on paid leave or something and look for a new job

Too late for all that.
its really fukking not. shyt can actually get worse while you're playing games trying to 'win' at something that has no prize

and if you been on the job search for a whole year, you might want to reset and figure other ways to market yourself fr

They definitely can. Especially when it comes to serious federal violations. But I've worked for MSFT the literal devs of Teams and talked shyt about my bosses multiple times. Nothing done.

It's only certain things like National threats that get flagged. Anything besides that, subpoena is required
