Can managers read your one on one messages with another coworker in teams? 🤔

Did you talk about your love for Obi Toppin and being a Boston, MA native and a NY Knicks fan on the Microsoft Teams chat?

That by itself is easily a fire-able offense

I assume anything you do on a work computer can be viewed and logged by management.

I stopped opening personal documents on my work computer. Stupid computer will change the permissions and make them work files and I can't use them anywhere else but my work computer.

Yes they can see everything. I'm cool with IT and they showed me how he can get into any PC without anyone knowing and see what you're actually doing.

Edit:
Oh yea I hate Teams with a passion. I already knew it's a trap and don't use it.

The company can see all.

My manager straight hijacked one of my coworkers entire email when the coworker had to go on sudden leave.

One of my leads just told me she's quitting 9/3. The companies terming me next Tuesday. It's gonna be a shıtshow and reflect poorly on the company when I'm gone. A bunch of clients are gonna end contracts while I'm drinking Mai Tais.

I've had people give me a heads up that they were leaving on multiple occasions before everyone knew. Wondering why management didn't catch that.

No but HR and IT can if your manager gives them a reason to look into it.
Yep if it's a company owned device they absolutely can get IT to pull anything from it. It's unlikely it's monitored line by line so op is probably cooked. Sounds like an investigtion brewing.
