No, it's like saying if one player is forced to do everything, it'll inevitably come crashing down because it's the only place the water is coming from. Of course, the Mavs need more talent, but more talent isn't going to mean Luka will change his style of play. Look at Westbrook and the talent he's played with throughout his career and yet he's still handicapped his teams because of how much he dominates the ball.
