no they arent socialist first and foremost, all of their economies are based on capitalism, the only "socialist" countries that do well are those that are based on capitalism, the ones that arent capitalist, like the USSR, cube, china, north korea, vietname etc etc all failed

its not common sense, every country can decide for itself how it wants to structure healthcare and education and other things, there is no one particular way to do things, but if its not based on capitalism to pay for it, it will fail

my point is that economies have to be capitalist based and that means economies and laws that are based on individual freedom and economic freedom, that is why government subsidies can work in canada, sweden or australia and why they fail in the USSR, cuba and north korea
