and of course its the effects of imperialsim, that is my whole point, latin america is deeply impacted by spanish colonization, and their social structured are derived from spanish colonialism and under the spanish social structure blacks were slaves and they were at the bottom and that social structure still exists till this very day, and that is the social structure immigrants bring with them even if they are not white hispanics
