I've had this conversation with my mom a lot.
See, I consider cheating the ultimate deal-breaker. Until recently, I considered that THE ONLY THING I would refuse to try a salvage a relationship from. But my mom told me that it's possible to love someone and cheat on them still (I unfortunately come from a family of cheaters...), and I flat disagreed with her.
But to me, loving someone and being in love with someone are two different things. If you're IN LOVE, then I don't see how that shyt is possible. I just don't see it. Now if you love someone, yeah, I could see why someone would think it's possible.
However, I hold firm to the belief that if someone really loved you, they wouldn't cheat. I'd rather be dumped before a chick goes out and gets smashed by whatever dude, than she do her dirt and hide it from me. Generally, I have no respect for cheaters, regardless of gender.
