Gary Chambers ran for Senate in Louisiana on reparations.




He ended up with just 18% of the vote in a state that is 31% Black. He got 48% of the Black vote and 9% of the White vote. This is what the election map looked like for him:

If a senate candidate running on reparations can only get 18% in one of the Blackest states in the country, why the fukk do you think Democrats would pick that as a winning strategy nationwide?



Yep and people like Tariq has not used his platform to rally for any politicians than run on reparations except for Marcel Dixon.


No tangibles no vote but he's not steering his audience into the direction of people like Jill Stein or Cornel West who both advocate for reparations.
